How do I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
If you have signed up for an account, simply login by visiting the my account page, click on “my orders” and click on the order that you would like to track.
If you have selected a tracked delivery method, then the tracking details will be added to the dispatch email and in My Account / My Orders.
If you have not signed up for an account, you can enter the tracking number on the couriers website (e.g. DHL).
Please note that not all delivery methods offer a tracking service.
I don't like my item, can I return it?
Yes of course! If you need to return your item please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your goods by using the contact form on the right side. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.

When will my order be delivered?
This depends on the delivery method you have chosen and also where the item is being shipped from. Our fulfillment centers are located in USA, China and the UK. If you need delivery to any of these countries and the item is shipped from the same country that you need it to be delivered to, then you’ll be offered a next day service, an express service (2 working days) or an economy service (3-5 working days).
If you require delivery to any other countries; or if your item is shipped from a different country instead of your local destination, then the delivery times will be longer and vary between 14-28 days.
